Wasent sure at first about this item, as never bought anything like this before of Internet, bought in the sale and I was very surprised at the quality of itemsbb which was very high. i have been fitting bathrooms and kitchens since 1986 and have used many companies and found good one and bad i now use vic plumb because there prompt on delivery always sort out any problems quickly no hastle

I wasn't too sure about ordering something so important as a bathroom from the internet without seeing it first but all the information that was on line was perfect. The emails we got back kept us up to date and the delivery came on time and in perfect condition.

This unit is of a very good quality. There is loads of room at the back of the units to run or hide any pipe-work you dont want showing.

As somebody who doesnt usually write reviews the service and the product warrant my time to tell you. Delivery excellent - does exactly what it says on the tin and given I have being refurbishing alot of my property i have some experiences !! Secondly the product looks stunning and is of very good quality with a glossy modern keep clean finish. Although I used a plumber to install he said it was simple and easy to fit and took him no time at all. As my property is old and I wanted to avoid the cost of taking pipe work below the floor it offered the best solution 5 Stars *****Was this review helpful?

I received my purchase as promised on the delivery date, the delivery men also caried my good into the house for me as I am a pensioner.
I was plesently surprised that my units were fully assembled.
My plumber was impressed with the price & quality of the products when he installed them into my bathroom.
I had a small leak in the flush pipe which was replaced within days after contacting the technical dpartment.

The delivery was on time and all items correct and well packaged
Units are solid and well built, Soft close doors work nice!
Downside was that toilet unit needed to be cut out to accept toilet pan, this could have been pre done at the factory, also toilet pan has only 2 floor fixings so mine rocks a little as I have a wooden floating floor, would not be a problem on a concrete floor, Has some space left over so ordered another unit, would say over all im 95% happy and im a fussy so and so lolWas this review helpful?

Very happy with this purchase. Excellent value for money and first class quality.
Only let down is the toilet seat. This is quite thin and does not match the quality of the rest of the unit.
Well finished and easy to install.
The quality belies the price and looks like a much more expensive piece.

I purchased the Sienna Milo in January and had it fitted the next day. My bathroom is now finished and this fitting looks fantastic. I have also recommended the Company to my plumber and friends.

We ordered this as we had a small budget for re-vamping our en-suite. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much - for £200 who would? But I was amazed, so was my plumber! The units are lovely and glossy, the sink is chunky and a really good size. The only thin my plumber thought was poor quality was the waste trap on the sink so he got another of those, but goodness me, for £200 who can complain about that.Was this review helpful?

The quality is superb for considerably less than similar on the market from major suppliers. The units are of good quality with a high gloss finish. The sink and toilet are perfect.

Arrived on the date i was told ,delivery men rang 20 minutes before they came,they were so polite. I unpacked everything it looks a lot better than the pictures, the finish on the cabinets are top class. the only down side is i forgot the tapWas this review helpful?
