When we recieved our basin, it was damaged. It has been replaced and the aftercare team have been fantastic, although it did take them a week to reply back to my numerous phone calls and emails! Wasnt expecting my replacement for another 2 weeks or so, but i recieved it a few days ago! I would buy from them again, but i would definately buy well in advance...just incase! Basin/pedestal are a lovely quality and fantastic value for money!

oxford basin and small pedistall

excellent value for money, I even plumbed the sink in myself. Small indent(not chip) in side of sink must have happened during manufactoring process. Will reccommend this company to all my friends. I will never buy from the regular diy rip off merchants again.
