A very pleasant change!

From ordering on-line through to confirmation and delivery on time by polite and helpful delivery men our purchase was a very pleaseant experience.This was one of several items that we purchased and all were in beautiful condition and look fabulous. Excellent service & product

After searching online I finally found the basin/ pedastal to complete my bathroom. As the purchase was for a property I was in the process of buying, at the time of ordering the basin/ pedestal I couldnt give a date for delivery. Victoria plumb were extremely understanding and said that I could delay delivery until I was ready. They gave me a telephone number to contact when I ready. I rang the number arranged the delivery. It was packaged very well. On opening the packaging I was more than pleased with the items. They got to me safe and sound. I have had them fitted today and they are just what the bathroom needed. Traditional and classy. Thankyou Victoria Plumb. I will definately be using your site again and ordering from you.

fantastic

I purchased a full suite from victoria plum and found the products exellant was a bit nervous at first not being able to see products but needant have worried they are all lovley quality and very reasonbly priced compared to others i looked at the shower door in particular was a real bargain and am very pleased with it saved about three hundred pounds compared to others i looked at. Did have one problem with overbath shower head but replacement sent within three days it is so refreshing to have no complaints with goods and services these days would definatley recomened order with confidence and thanks one again victoria plum.
