Overall ok experience. The one negative is that I ordered next day delivery (order reference number is WC1HRWOKHCDPAX) and confirmed for delivery Monday 12th March but only delivered on Tuesday 13 March. When asked to be reimbursed the £10 next day delivery incremental charge, salesperson refused arguing that I had ordered in the afternoon after cut off time and I erroneously received a confirmation for delivery on Monday. So no fault of my own but still charged for a service that did not deliver on time.

Fantastic quality and value

My wife and I tried to support a local Plumbers Merchant with their own extensive showroom, all extremely expensive. Nobody could be bothered to tear themselves away to speak to us so we decided we may as well buy online.
We found Victoria Plumb and spoke to our plumber about sizes, decided on the correct pan, cistern, basin and mixer tap for our cloakroom.
Placed the order online, selection process all trouble free, paid and advised delivery 31st October. Goods arrived 31st October, order and goods intact and top quality.
Delighted with our purchase and delighted with the £600 saving, thank you.
