Excellent

I haven't installed the toilet yet but the product is as described on the website and the quality is excellent. It was half the price of competitors and looks fantastic. Can't wait to install it. Will use Victoria Plumb again.

quality product absolutely solid toilet and a easily removable seat just turn a plastic screw quarter of a turn and it comes away easy to clean looks great and the customer loves it

Looked for this model in local stores but unable to find it. Also similar models were prohibitively expensive. This model fitted the bill in terms of quality and price. Fast and efficient delivery too. Highly recommend Victoria Plumb.

Great Buy

This toilet looks just great in my new bathroom. Easy to install. VP service hsa been second to none (and im not just saying that). Prices are very good. I could have got it cheaper but I opted for paying a little more to get good serivice. Sometime you can get a cheap deal elswhere, end up with faulty goods that have to go back but companies are not interested and are left holding the baby (or the tap in my case). Always deal with a company with good ratings and you wont go wrong.... VP wont let you down.

arc toilet and cistern - excellent quality and value

this toilet is smart and fairly easy to install. the water inlet is easiest to connect if a flexible connecting pipe is used. the cistern is easy and straight forward to install. works well. spent a while trying to work out where the overflow comes out of the cistern, there isnt one, it overflows out into the pan. less holes to make in the bathroom wall. now its installed, it looks exactly as it does in victoria plumb advertising. no pipes or connections visible. brilliant.

Received on date promised - quality looks good, product looks good. Haven't fitted yet so hoping it performs as good as it looks - I don't see any reason why it won't. Previously bought a washbasin from Victoria Plumb - also good quality especially for the money - would definately recommend them.

Have fitted one of these types before so I knew what was ahead of me.
Just remember the water comes in from the back so if changing from normal type toilet a bit of plumbing neaded.
The only promlem I had was the fixing bolts would have gone through some water pipes so cound not bolt down, so just stuck it with a tube of mastic. trust me it's not going to move.
The best bit is the seat far better than I expected, It has the slow close and came be removed with the turn of knob fantasic job 10 out of 10 for that one!

Don't look any further, I have very recently purchased this toilet and had it installed and I cannot tell you enough how stylish and great this toilet is and looks. I am assuming it was easy to install as my plumber didn't complain.
