Product we ordered came exacly this same what we ordered online and it ceme with no damages (thank you very much). The guys who deliver are very nice and did let me check the product condition b4 i signed any papers(many thanks to them too!!!!!!!!!). The reason i mention this is cos recently i used other website to order bathroom staff and all i got was huge disapointment, the staff came purely damage and some of it wasnt what we actually ordered apart from that was only one guy who done delivery and had to myself lifting thing i ordered ( very heavy like shower enclousure)
That's why i wanted to tell you that im really and vary very pleased with your online and delivery service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great product at a brilliant price, it even comes with a soft close seat and lid. It is stylish and easy to keep clean as it is so compact and doesn't have any exposed pipework. We bought a small recessed cistern (also from Victoria Plumb)which makes this WC great for small spaces like ours. We have been really pleased with everything from Victoria Plumb and delivery and customer service is great.Was this review helpful?

Pleased with the quality although haven't taken the seat out of the box yet.Would have prefered to screw down directly into floor rather than use the flimsy plastic brackets but otherwise very pleased for the price.Was this review helpful?
