The marketing team at Victoria Plumb are underselling this toilet. I have two young boys who are a bit...'splashy' shall we say. I went in to the Bathstore and they had toilet seats on their toilets which are 'quick release' and can be taken right off with the flick of a switch, making it much easier to clean. Because of my children, this really appealed to me and I nearly spent more than £100 extra on one of their toilets to get this quick release system. Thankfully I came to my senses and realised it wasn't worth the money, and having already used Victoria Plumb before, I ordered the Arc toilet from VP. Imagine my delight then, when my plumber installed the Arc toilet, and when he installed the seat, yes it had a quick release system. NO mention of this in the product description. Why on earth not, Victoria Plumb? The Bathstore is telling customers that the system is unique to them, blah, bah, blah. And it isn't. You are really missing a trick here.Was this review helpful?

This toilet looks just great in my new bathroom. Easy to install. VP service hsa been second to none (and im not just saying that). Prices are very good. I could have got it cheaper but I opted for paying a little more to get good serivice. Sometime you can get a cheap deal elswhere, end up with faulty goods that have to go back but companies are not interested and are left holding the baby (or the tap in my case). Always deal with a company with good ratings and you wont go wrong.... VP wont let you down.Was this review helpful?

this toilet is smart and fairly easy to install. the water inlet is easiest to connect if a flexible connecting pipe is used. the cistern is easy and straight forward to install. works well. spent a while trying to work out where the overflow comes out of the cistern, there isnt one, it overflows out into the pan. less holes to make in the bathroom wall. now its installed, it looks exactly as it does in victoria plumb advertising. no pipes or connections visible. brilliant.Was this review helpful?

Received on date promised - quality looks good, product looks good. Haven't fitted yet so hoping it performs as good as it looks - I don't see any reason why it won't. Have fitted one of these types before so I knew what was ahead of me.
Just remember the water comes in from the back so if changing from normal type toilet a bit of plumbing neaded.
The only promlem I had was the fixing bolts would have gone through some water pipes so cound not bolt down, so just stuck it with a tube of mastic. trust me it's not going to move.
The best bit is the seat far better than I expected, It has the slow close and came be removed with the turn of knob fantasic job 10 out of 10 for that one!Was this review helpful?
