Lovely Large Loo

We needed a large loo for our bathroom – the first toilet was delivered but the cistern had a small crack in it; this was only discovered after the plumber installed the toilet and filled it up. So the toilet had to be dismantled again. A new cistern was organised but, the plumber, whilst removing the new pan, dropped and smashed it by mistake. So I had to order a new pan as well. Victoria Plumb very kindly gave us a new pan – no charge, even being our plumber’s fault! The new loo is very smart, dual-flush, quick to fill after flush,substancial seat with a stylish (but slightly slow) soft-close seat. Thank you Victoria Plumb.

Bought my whole bathroom suite from Victoria plumb. Am so pleased with the toilet and cistern. Excellent quality and price. Looks amazing and has been well admired and envied by friends and family.
