bought this for my bathroom that I'm currently renovating, not only is it great looking its also sturdy! The push to flush button is strong unlike most and even the plumber that fitted the toilet complemented it! Arrived on time and delivered cheerfully to top floor up narrow staircase of three floor townhouse. Easy to install and functions well, quiet and fast refill. Similar design and quality in DIY stores were far more expensive.Was this review helpful?

Item delivered on time and carriers phoned beforehand to confirm time of delivery. Unfortunately when unpacked - carriers did not remove packaging - front corner of cistern top was chipped. However when I reported to Victoria Plumb they arranged a next day delivery of replacement - this arrived safely. For the price of the combined toilet and cistern, am really pleased. Good quality and looks really nice. Soft close seat adds to feeling that this is a luxury item!Was this review helpful?

i am so happy with this product - very good price and looks brilliant in my new bathroom (also bought arc basin and pedestal and am equally impressed). very easy to install and cool, contemporary feel..
re vp customer services: i had a very small scratch on the cistern lid and i emailed vp to ask for advice re cleaning it up (i didn\'t want to have to send anything back etc.). anyway, vp were brilliant and just sent out a new lid! no fuss, no messing - i am very impressed and would recommend (and already have) vp products to anyone...Was this review helpful?
