I had to write to thank you for your wonderful service ,I bought a toilet and sink which were delivered exactly when you said but the toilet turned out to be a step too far so I needed to exchange it ,when I called the customer service to arrange this and to buy an alternative nothing was too much trouble ,the cost was explained and the courier then contacted me and arrived again bang on time!,the new toilet had some damage to the flush during transit and this was replaced on the same day I rang ! I also had a query regarding the tap on my sink which was answered within two hours !! ,brilliant service and nice people thank you so much for making this an easy job,and by the way my cloakroom looks magnificent I'm so pleased ! thanks again good service is rare so you deserve to be congratulated ,
