Great loo

This is a great loo. The flush to the wall design is great and it means that there are no little spaces to clean. The dual flush is strong and feels like it is good quality. The seat and lid are soft close. The small pipe to feed the cistern is designed to run up on the outside of the toilet near the back 9can be fitted on either side), so it may be worth getting some chrome pipe covers, it still looks great, but just thought it is a detail worth letting others know about!

Quality item, super fast delivery, good price!

I ordered the wc on a next day delivery & sure enough it arrived about 11 am the next day. It was well packaged & on a pallet. It was relatively easy to fit with good instructions, it's a nice stark white not off white so went perfectly with our bath. The seat covers the porcelain completely which was a feature I was looking for, it flushes very well and is quiet for those in the night flushes! The soft close seat works well. Now I just need to train certain members of the family to put it down other wise there's a 10 second wait which is not great when desperate. I would definitely order again and recommend to a friend. Thanks Victoria Plumb for a pleasant transaction.

bathroom suite

i was very happy with the product and the service, the delivery was agreed and came on time. i was happy that they contacted me the day before to let me know the suite had been dispatched and the time it would be delivered. i cannot fault the service and would reccomend them.

I have 2 of these, great product, well packaged and easy to assemble.great looking and very good quality. No complaints whatsoever

My delivery issue was with the courier firm, not Victoria Plumb, found VP service to be excellent

A solid clean looking toilet with slow close seat included & cistern working parts too.\r\n\r\nThe fixings for the toilet are well designed and easy to use.\r\n\r\nIt flushed well using minimal water and refills quickly and almost silently.\r\n\r\nYou must plan the waste pipe (length) and water pipe (location) very carefully as the toilet is enclosed but has ample space and access holes for the water feed using 15mm fixed pipe if you get the pipr position perfect or just put it at the top of the waste pipe and use flexy pipe out.\r\n\r\nThe cistern as with most needs to be screwed to the wall loosely as you attach it to the toilet to keep it upright. Grease the securing bolt rubber bungs to get seal too.\r\n\r\nExcellent

I ordered a whole suite from Victoria plumb and from the minute I picked up the phone they were great, the lady advised me on things I would need and was a great help . The delivery drivers were prompt , quick and friendly . We've just had it all installed and were thrilled as the quality is brilliant and such a brilliant price so it has restored my faith in you get what u pay for is not always true!! Thanks vp I'll be ordering again when our builders have built bathroom nu 2 x

Order deliverd on day expected, on opening found cistern had black marks in glaze. Phoned customer service who very polite and helpful, replacement sent and received next day. Excellent service and very good quality and price even with the delivery charge, compared to most DIY stores. I would definitely recommend this company on my experience.
