I cannot fault the toilet and cistern that I bought from Victoria Plumb. Delivery was on the day agreed, and it was complete and is now in use. I would buy other products from them

Fantastic quality and value

My wife and I tried to support a local Plumbers Merchant with their own extensive showroom, all extremely expensive. Nobody could be bothered to tear themselves away to speak to us so we decided we may as well buy online.
We found Victoria Plumb and spoke to our plumber about sizes, decided on the correct pan, cistern, basin and mixer tap for our cloakroom.
Placed the order online, selection process all trouble free, paid and advised delivery 31st October. Goods arrived 31st October, order and goods intact and top quality.
Delighted with our purchase and delighted with the £600 saving, thank you.

Energy toilet

Nice toilet, looks more expensive than it is. Love the soft close lid. Cistern lid had a slight fault and the replacement sent was smashed during transit. Third lid was fine though and the Victoria Plumb service was good.
