I ordered a toilet with a button push by mistake, I emailed the Co and they rang me back when I changed the toilet with a different one with a handle flush for which they credited me with £10. The toilet and cistern was delivered on the day promised and I was surprised to receive the original flush lever in the box as I ordered one in porcelain and also a plastic seat as well as the wooden one I had ordered at no additional cost. I am very pleased with the quality of the goods and of my dealings with the company.

Attractive loo...

All arrived safely and in good time, this is going in our new extension as part of our en-suite (at last, we'll finally have a bathroom to ourselves). My builder told me that his local builders merchant could not get anything close to this price and that is without VAT as my build is VAT exempt! I had to pay the VAT at Victoria Plumb as I don't have a means of claiming it back and I still got a bargain. All looks good quality, we'll have it installed and working soon and the style is just right for our period thatched cottage.
