you can't really fault this product, my late wife bought a similar one (but in brass finish) in 2001 for £899 for another bathroom. this has weight, finish and overall 'easy on the eye' appeal.Was this review helpful?

Having bought this towel rail and installed I noticed defect and contacted customer services. Have to say their service has been second to none. Polite and efficient. New item sent immediately -no quibbling or hassle and offered to cover cost of re-installation for me.

I am thrilled with the towel rail - it is clearly excellent quality and looks fabulous in my newly fitted bathroom. My plumber was astounded at the price. He told me he has fitted many of these recently but usually pays £150 more to source them locally for customers.
Although it does state on the product description I didn't read properly and was not aware that you need to purchase valves separately - worth noting.Was this review helpful?
