250 Watt Dual Fuel Element Kit

Our Dual Fuel Elements can be used in all of our Heated Towel Rails except for the traditional range. This offers the opportunity to have a Heated Towel Rail installed even if you do not have a central heating system. Please follow the advice carefully in the Dual Fuel Element fitting instructions.

For Heated Towel Rails that are connected to a central heating system it allows you to still have warm towels during the summer months when the heating is off.

For installations without a central heating system first put half a cup of corrosion inhibitor i.e. Fernox in the towel rail then top up with clean cold water until the radiator is 90% full. This will allow for expansion once the water is hot. The top rungs will get warm but not as hot as the lower part of the towel rail this is normal due to the expansion gap.

• Your electric bathroom radiator must be fixed to the wall and permanently wired by a qualified electrician. You must not have any plug in or removable sockets/plugs in your bathroom (with the exception of specially designed shaver sockets) and therefore this product is not supplied with a wall pin plug. We recommend that you follow installation zone regulations when planning the location point of product.
• This product comes with an IP55 (also know as IPX5) protection against water rating see IPX ratings for further information.
• Electric heaters should be controlled by a pull cord or switch outside the bathroom.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery by simply providing us with written notice by post, email or fax, giving details of goods ordered and the delivery details. All non faulty goods must be returned within 7 days, and will only be accepted if returned unopened in their original packaging. We reserve the right to not accept any products where the packaging is damaged or defaced and therefore unsuitable for resale. Please note that the collection charge of £49.95 will be charged for all non faulty returns, and that this must be paid prior to any collection being processed. We will refund your money on orders within 28 days of cancellation less any delivery cost as detailed previously. Returns outside 28 days will not be accepted. Any returns notified after 7 days but within 28 days may be subject to an additional 20% restocking charge.

Should you decide to return goods yourself via a courier service of your own choice then please note that this is done entirely at your own risk, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage / delivery for your reference. Always inform our customer care team regarding the details of any goods you intend to return so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. Please note that we can only accept returned items from registered courier services, and that customers are unable to return items in person.

With credit orders no returns are allowed after the 14 day cooling off period.
