The Matrix bath & basin taps have just arrived on time. The quality is excellent, and with the basin taps an ingenious pop-up waste is included which you press to close and release. This looks far more reliable than the troublesome lever operated pop-up wastes I have had in the past.Was this review helpful?

What can I say, Delivered within 2 days or so of ordering on the net. Lovely shiny chrome basin mixer tap which not only looks good but works good too. Comes complete with flexible connection hoses and a press & pop-up waste. Do NOT be fooled by the cheapish price, this is a good quality product and I for one is chuffed to bits !Was this review helpful?

This is a nice tap with a good quality feel to it. It came packaged well with the chrome tap protected by a cloth bag, a nice touch, and included were two flexi-hoses which are the modern way to feed the water through to the tap. The hoses have handy water cut off 'valves' which you turn using a flat screwdriver. The tap itself is reassuringly heavy and looks well made (not fitted yet so can't comment on usability) It is supplied with a chrome ring to fit between the bottom of the tap & against the basin, this ring has a rubber insert on one side but no indication which way around it should go (against the tap or the basin). The added benefit to this purchase is the push up plug that is included, a nice quality feel to it with chrome basin side ring and plug insert also with chrome protecting covers. The plug comes with two black rubber seals and one plastic ring washer, I assume for fitting. The underside screw nut is made of plastic and I'm not sure how well this will work as I've not fitted this yet. The only downside for me (being a DIYer not a plumber) is that there are no fitting instructions (see note on the chrome ring) so a fair amount of Googling is required.Was this review helpful?

Overall Rating: Rapid delivery and extras included.
The delivery of all the items was very prompt and complete. Some of the items in my order had extras included which were not mentioned in the product description. For example this tap came with a wasted fiting in the box. The Shower rail came with an alternative head and a round connection. I am delighted with the service, although I am yet to have them fitted to check on their operation.

The price for this tap was very very competitive, so we bought two. Solid built, very heavy. One came in with no problem at all, the other one the water outlet came in slightly out of alignment. Its function is not affected so we didnt bother to exchange as it was so fast selling and had to wait for quite a while for it to be back in stock. It comes with the click waste too, for such a good price what can we complaint.

We ordered this tap, the Basin mixer and also the Bathroom shower mixer in the same range. The price was almost too good to be true, frankly.
However, we are extremely pleased with the taps we have received.
The are solid, well made taps. They are absolutely NOT the sort of cheap rubbish you might find in some major DIY chains for this price.
This tap is absolute proof that, just every now and again, there are REAL bargains on the internet. For your money you get metal taps, with 1/4 turn ceramic workings. You get a metallic ring mounting. You even get 20 inch flexible connectors, which screw directly onto your existing stop valves!
Well done Victoria Plumb for an excellent product at an excellent price, processed and delivered in good time.Was this review helpful?
