Customer Service

Having bought this towel rail and installed I noticed defect and contacted customer services. Have to say their service has been second to none. Polite and efficient. New item sent immediately -no quibbling or hassle and offered to cover cost of re-installation for me.
I would definitely use Victoria Plumb again. So much better than other online suppliers I have bought from and better value. Thank you VP

Gorgeous and fantastic value

I am thrilled with the towel rail - it is clearly excellent quality and looks fabulous in my newly fitted bathroom. My plumber was astounded at the price. He told me he has fitted many of these recently but usually pays £150 more to source them locally for customers.

Although it does state on the product description I didn't read properly and was not aware that you need to purchase valves separately - worth noting.
