Attractive loo...David Hartwell purchased the Winchester Close Coupled Toilet inc Oak Seat " All arrived safely and in good time, this is going in our new extension as part of our en-suite (at last, we'll finally have a bathroom to ourselves). My builder told me that his local builders merchant could not get anything close to this price and that is without VAT as my build is VAT exempt! I had to pay the VAT at Victoria Plumb as I don't have a means of claiming it back and I still got a bargain. All looks good quality, we'll have it installed and working soon and the style is just right for our period thatched cottage. "

Did have one problem with overbath shower head but replacement sent within three days it is so refreshing to have no complaints with goods and services these days would definatley recomened order with confidence and thanks one again victoria plum. Look good, 5 mins to fit etc However I found the waste that came with it, the square top in use touched the sink when closed and was therfore not operating ok. Changed this for standard unit. However its the tap wanted so not worried Note that full on the water does tend to hit the side and splash. Still overall happy with choice and looks different "
