If you live in one of the following post code areas you CAN place an order online with Victoria Plumb but will not be able to select a delivery date during the checkout process, instead you will be contacted by phone within 48 hours of placing an order online to arrange delivery. This is due to the proximity of the location:

Please note that in the unlikely event there are any items on your order that are currently out of stock then the complete order will be delivered when these items are available, however part deliveries can be arranged if required.

Next Day Delivery

Next day deliveries should normally arrive between 7am and 7pm, and you will be contacted on the morning of delivery to confirm if you will receive your goods in the morning or afternoon. Large next day delivery orders will be delivered to a room or area of your choice by our specialist 2 man service. Small  and medium items will be delivered using our 1 man carrier service.

Availability Information

Next day delivery is available on all orders under the following conditions:

• The order is placed before the specified cut off time of 2pm. If an order is placed after 2pm then delivery will be available for the next working day available.
• All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
• Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
• Delivery is to a UK mainland address (excluding CA1-28, CA95, CA99, DD1-11, DG1-16, DL8, DL11, FK1-18, LD1-8, LL15-16, LL21, LL23-27, LL35-LL78, PA, PH, SA19-30, SA32-73, SY4-8, SY9-25, SY99, TD1-15, TR1-20, TR26-27, TR93), post code restrictions apply.

How we package your order

Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse team will ensure that your items are checked and packaged as quickly and safely as possible.  All our products are securely packed and delivered to our customers in our own Victoria Plumb designed and branded packaging. Our packaging incorporates specific design features to ensure each product is supported and protected during delivery, so that it arrives safely with the customer every time.  All standard orders will then be loaded onto either standard or special A frame pallets and despatched via our 2 man delivery team.
