The delivery charge is per order, not per item.

We accept most credit/debit cards, Paypal and there are several finance options available.
Q: How much is the delivery charge?
Refer to the delivery tab per item on the website for details – delivery is from £3.95, depending on order size and service required.
Q: Can I order an item if its out of stock?
Yes, the website will advise of a due in date to us. You will then receive an email once the item/s are back in stock to confirm a delivery date.
Q: Can I buy now pay later or pay by monthly instalments
Yes we offer finance on behalf of Barclays Finance: please see the finance section for details.
Q: When can I expect my delivery?
Upon check out you can choose one of the available delivery dates. In most cases you will receive updates by text or email when your order is dispatched.
Q: Can I specify a specific time for my delivery?
On small items we offer various delivery options, including an AM/PM and timed service, for large items the time is dictated by the courier company, however you will receive a three hour timeslot the evening before.

Q: Do you offer a fitting service
No, we are a bathroom retailer only and recommend that you seek advice from a professional plumber to install your items.
Q: Do you have a brochure?
Yes, these can be ordered from the brochure request page or by calling 0844 804 48 48, and should take about 3 working days to arrive.
Q: Can I have my delivery tomorrow?
We do offer next day delivery at an additional cost to most areas. Orders must be placed before 2pm for the delivery the next working day

Weekend deliveries are restricted to certain postcodes, please call 0844 804 48 48 for details.
Q: Can I get a copy of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. A VAT invoice can be sent upon request if you need it.
