The growth of the call centre is due to the ever increasing success off Victoriaplumb.com and our rising popularity in the online bathroom market. We are constantly increasing our personnel resources to provide our customers with the very best level of customer care and sales advice. We have recently grown from a team of 8 trained phone staff to now having over 20 personnel.
Each member of the Victoria Plumb contact centre workforce is trained in customer care, sales and product knowledge plus all the delivery information our customers needs to know. Our advanced telephone system, “Call Navigator”, ensures that our customer’s calls are answered quickly and efficiently by directing calls to the right person first time, every time. By opening from 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm on Fridays and providing an integrated voicemail system outside working hours, there is always someone there to take your call. Victoriaplumb.com also boasts a state of the art, newly installed, ordering system. We can accurately monitor stock, instantly look at orders and in turn keep a detailed check on online purchases and mail order transactions from point of sale right through to delivery and after sales care.
