Victoria Plumb – Top of the class for Customer Service!
7th of July 2009Each member of the Victoria Plumb Call Centre has recently been awarded a City & Guilds Award for Customer Service. The qualification is a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service and has been completed under the governments workplace NVQ assessment program.
The training program was developed in line with existing customer service guidelines and policies already in place at Victoria Plumb. To complete the award each member of the Call Centre Team was required to complete a series of individual units as well as undergoing continual assessment during the training period. The course covered all aspects of customer service including: Impression and image, delivery, handling problems, development and improvement as well as giving the candidates an opportunity to suggest ways to improve the current systems.
These awards mark an ongoing commitment from Victoria Plumb to provide the very best service to their customers. In a recent survey conducted between April and June 2009, 97% of customers rated the overall performance of Victoria Plumb as Good to Excellent, whilst 98% said they would recommend or use Victoria Plumb again.
