Choose from a variety of options and combinations from shower slider rail kits, fixed shower heads to body jets. Below is a brief description of the various showering options available with the Victoria Plumb thermostatic shower valves.
Twin Shower Valve
A twin shower valve allows for one outlet to be connected, whether it is a fixed shower head or a slider rail kit. A twin shower valve incorporates one flow control and one thermostatic temperature control. Choose from four designs: Alexa, Cubik, Matrix or Traditional.
Twin Shower Valve with Divertor
A twin shower valve with divertor allows for two outlets to be connected, whether it is a fixed shower head, slider rail kit or body jets. Please note you can only operate one or the other at any one time. The twin shower valve with divertor incorporates one flow control, left for one outlet and right for the other and one thermostatic temperature control. Choose from four designs: Alexa, Cubik, Matrix or Traditional.
Triple Shower Valve
A triple shower valve allows for two outlets to be connected, whether it is a fixed shower head, a slider rail kit or body jets. A triple shower valve incorporates one flow control and one thermostatic temperature control. You can operate both points simultaneously. Choose from four designs: Alexa, Cubik, Matrix or Traditional.
Triple Shower Valve with Divertor
A triple shower valve with divertor allows for three outlets to be connected, whether it is a fixed shower head, a slider rail kit, body jets or bath filler. A triple shower valve with divertor incorporates one flow control and one thermostatic temperature control. You can operate two of the three points simultaneously. Choose from four designs: Alexa, Cubik, Matrix or Traditional.
It is recommended with all Victoria Plumb Thermostatic Shower Valves a minimum pressure of 2 Bar to achieve a good flow rate.

Hi, I have a cubik shower valve from you which has started to constantly drip. Do you sell spare parts for the valve? I believe its the ceramic cartridge from the on/off lever, I’ve cleaned this part out, but it still leaks.
Thanks for your time,

Hi,
I’m looking at getting a fixed shower head and also connect a bath filler. If i read above correctly, can I use the cubik twin valve diverter for this (turn left for shower and right for the bath filler), as your product description only mentions the bath filler being used with a triple valve with diverter.
Thanks

Hi Mark,
Twin thermostatic shower valve & diverter can operate two points but not at the same time (simultaneously).

Hi Toby,
If you have tried a calibration test on the valve (as illustrated in the instructions) and it has made no difference, then the cartridge is at fault and will need to be changed.
Hope this has helped.

Hi there,
I have just purchased a Matrix Triple Valve with Diverter.
I purchased this because I would like to run a bath filler or a fixed shower head independently, but from the same valve.
Having received it, I am installing today, and I am unsure as to whether I need to cap one of the outlets as I am only planning to run othe shower or the bath, not a seperate hand held shower head.
I have read the article above and the other comments but dont feel that it answers my question correctly, why do I have an extra outlet at one end of the valve when I already hav two outlets at the other end (theoretically allowing me to run out of either outlet), to the bath or the shower?
Please explain to me the connection protocol, or send me a diagram illustrating the product I actually have.
Many thanks,
Toby

I have had my triple shower valve fitted for 6 months now and after faultless operation, the tap controling the bath has stopped working.

Hi Steve,
Sorry to hear your having problems with your tap. For us to try and help with this issue, please could you tell us what has actually stopped working, is it the water flow, pressure etc? Also has anything been tried to resolve this?
Regards,
The Victoria Plumb Team

There is no water coming out of the bath tap. The shower still works.
I have removed the valve. The water is getting to the valve but there is a problem between the valve and the tap.
