Each member of the Victoria Plumb Call Centre has recently been awarded a City & Guilds Award for Customer Service. The qualification is a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service and has been completed under the governments workplace NVQ assessment program.
The training program was developed in line with existing customer service guidelines and policies already in place at Victoria Plumb.
