5,000 people took to the streets of Hull on Sunday 23^rd May to take part in the Jane Tomlinson 10k Run for All to raise money for many different charities with the Victoria Plumb team running for their charity of the year Marie Curie.

Losing one team member due to injury before the race was a massive blow to the Victoria Plumb team, but the two remaining members carried on in temperatures reaching 25^°C finishing 698^th and 2617^th.

Victoria Plumb would like to congratulate their marketing team for completing the “Jane Tomlinson Hull 10k Run for All” and would like to thank everyone who has donated to such a worthy cause.

Hoping to raise enough money to pay for 50 hours of specialised nursing care for Marie Curie patients, the three members of the team are gearing up for the task ahead. The Victoria Plumb team are excited to be a part of the ‘Jane Tomlinson 10K Run for All’ which takes place in Hull city centre, “We are all really looking forward to the whole event. Running for such a fantastic charity is a great privilege for us. The Victoria Plumb team will do its best to reach their sponsorship target for Marie Curie” Victoria Plumb Web Designer, Jon Coates.

Raising money through their ‘Just Giving’ page, the Victoria Plumb team are already over half way to their target with 2 days to go.
