Incorporated into our packaging assembly is a ridged outer box that is clearly labelled with the product code and relevant details, it also displays the Victoria Plumb logo and our sales telephone number. Each product is supported with internal cardboard bolsters and supports, these help to provide the product with extra protection whilst in storage and transport. Extra security is provided by placing items such as baths and larger shower enclosures on pallets and A-frames.

The delivery service that we use consists of trained, uniformed 2-man crews using specially equipped tail lift vehicles. Our customers are contacted via Phone or SMS text to arrange a delivery day and on the actually day of delivery they are contacted en-route to advise an estimated time of arrival for their bathroom products, and if needed the delivery team can be contacted by the customer. Goods are delivered directly to the door and time is allowed for our customers to check their bathroom goods on arrival to ensure that they are satisfied. The products are then placed in the room of your choice, whether that is upstairs, downstairs or even in the garage!

Picking racking is designed for warehouses where goods are deposited and removed manually from the shelves; our warehouse team ensure that every care is taken when manually collecting our customers’ orders from the racking before they are dispatched with our two-man delivery service.

The size of our depot means that we can keep items in stock, this results in a swift delivery to our customers. Unlike some of our competitors, we supply products that have been directly sourced from our own manufacturing facilities so that delivery is rapid and the products are delivered safely.
