How your trade account works

Orders can be placed directly on our website 24 hours a day or by telephoning our trade sales department. An extra 10% discount will be applied automatically to all orders placed by trade account holders.

Orders must be placed by logging in with your email address and unique password which you will receive once your application has been verified. Once payment has been received, all orders will be despatched for delivery to your specified address on the next working day provided they have been confirmed and processed by 2pm, or booked in for a delivery date in the future specified by you.
